Store Policy

For your safety, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to :

  • Anyone
  • The client arrives 10 minutes late for your appointment.
  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anymore with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anymore in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
  • Diabetes Clients: Please inform our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Happiness Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 24 hours.

We offer a 7-day guarantee with our Gel Manicure service. We will gladly repair any chipped nails within 7 days since initial application (same color, shape, and design). Please ask your technician if you have any further questions.

If you do not like the color, please let the technician know as soon as possible, additional charges will be apply if you change our mind after polished finished.

We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind. All products and services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Gift cards are NON REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Clients must have physical gift cards for them to be honored.

Child Safety Policy

Our concerns are for the safety of your children. In the event  you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

Deposit policy

Parties of 5 or more will require a deposit in order to hold your appointment slot.
Please allow us a 24 hours notice if for any reason you are canceling or rescheduling; otherwise, the deposit will be taken for your slot fee.
